You saw something on a Kameymall Spreadsheet, a browsable wall of product cards, and now you are on KameyMall with the link pasted in. Half the page is in Chinese, the price is not quite the one you remember, and there is a link beside it offering to fetch the latest price. None of that is a fault. It is what happens when a card that was true earlier meets an order that has to be true now. This guide goes field by field and answers one question each time: who decides this, and when does it stop being changeable.
Sixteen places to start looking
The line under each name is not a description of the goods. It is the field that tends to go wrong for that kind of thing once the order reaches KameyMall, which is what the rest of this site is about.
SneakersYou pick the size. The seller picks what actually goes in the box.
HoodiesWhat you choose is an option number. The colour word in the title was written for a Chinese buyer.
T-ShirtsLight enough that shipping decides the total, and shipping is the one number nobody has set yet.
JeansThe size chart belongs to the seller, not to the brand printed on the label.
SweatpantsSoft, light, hard to damage in transit. A common first order for exactly those reasons.
Jackets & CoatsWeight does not exist yet when you order. It appears once the coat reaches the warehouse and gets put on a scale.
JerseysA name and a number are something you ask for in writing, not something you pick from a list.
WomenswearNot a category page. Clothing is filed by garment rather than by who wears it, so this entry runs a search instead.
BagsCharged for the space it takes up, which is rarely the same as what it weighs.
HatsWeighs almost nothing and still fills a box. Volume is the field that catches people out.
BeltsOne listing sizes by waist, the next by total length. Check which one you are reading before you choose.
EyewearFragile. How it gets packed is a seller decision you can ask about but cannot set yourself.
WatchesA battery changes what the parcel counts as, and that is settled by the carrier rather than by either of you.
JewellerySmall and light, which makes it the easy thing to add to a box that is already going out.
PerfumeLiquid. Whether it flies at all is a carrier decision, made after both you and the seller are finished.
ElectronicsAnything with a cell inside is a shipping question before it is a price question.Fifteen of these are category pages. Womenswear runs a search instead, because clothing is filed by garment rather than by who wears it.
KameyMall says the quiet part on its own order page
At the bottom of Confirm Your Order, under the total, there is a line in brackets: due to the price fluctuation, you may be required to pay the balance due after submitting the order. The official order status list even has a state named for it, Balance Pending, described as the real purchase cost coming out higher than what you paid.
That single sentence is the reason this site exists. A find is a snapshot. Some of what it shows will still be true when you order. Some of it belongs to a seller who never agreed to hold anything for you. And some of it, including the number that usually decides whether the whole thing was worth it, does not exist yet.
So instead of asking whether a find is good, this guide asks a narrower question you can actually answer before paying.

Every field you will meet falls into one of three groups. The grouping is not our invention: it comes from where KameyMall puts each control and what its help centre says about who is responsible for it.

A Kameymall Spreadsheet is a product discovery site: a browsable wall of cards, each one a picture, a name, the marketplace the seller sits on, and one link. You browse it, you find something, you take the link to KameyMall, and KameyMall does the buying, the checking and the shipping.
The two things are separate on purpose. The listing site does not touch your money and does not hold stock. KameyMall does not choose what appears on the listing site. Confusing the two is the most common reason a beginner emails the wrong party and waits three days for an answer nobody there can give.
The card is honest about what it is. It just carries four fields, and an order eventually depends on about twenty.
The moments where a field stops being changeable
KameyMall publishes its order status list, and read in order it doubles as a timeline of when each kind of field goes firm. Knowing the four that matter saves most of the panic.
Payment Pending
The order exists and waits for payment. The help centre gives 72 hours. Nothing has been bought yet, so an unpaid order simply closes.
Confirmation Pending
A buyer needs to check something with you before ordering from the seller. This is the last moment your words still change the order, which is exactly what the 500-character box on the order page is for.
Balance Pending
The real cost came in higher. You settle the difference and buying continues. After this the price has stopped moving.
Stored
Inspected and shelved. The inspection photos now exist, the 120-hour no-reason return window starts here, and the storage clock starts too.
