Help centre pages read in full, and they contradict the 2023 tutorial on payment time

The official tutorial says payment must be made within an hour of placing the order, while a screenshot in the same tutorial shows a countdown of just under 24 hours. The current help centre resolves it: the Order Status page describes Payment Pending as waiting for payment with 72 hours to complete it. We now use 72 hours everywhere on this site and cite the status page for it.

What this means for beginners. If you have been treating the payment window as one hour, you have more room than you thought. Check the countdown on your own order page rather than any guide, including this one.

The return window is measured from a status, not from delivery

Both the return policy and the return and exchange guarantee page state that the five day no-reason window is 120 hours counted from the Stored status, with the guarantee page adding that counting starts at the next full hour after the status changes.

What this means for beginners. The window opens while your item is still in China. If you are waiting to inspect it in person before deciding, you will miss it.

The interface is orange now, and the tutorial screenshots are red

The official tutorial images are dated 2023 and show a red interface throughout. The live site sampled on 4 August 2026 uses orange as its primary colour. The flows in the tutorial still match, but the colours and some layout details do not.

What this means for beginners. Follow the tutorial for the sequence of steps, not for what the screen looks like. Every screenshot on this site is labelled with its year for that reason.

What this page records, and what it leaves out

A changelog is only worth reading if you can tell what kind of thing gets into it. This one takes mechanisms and leaves numbers that move.

  • Coupon amounts and new-user gift values.
  • Anything presented as today's price list. These are real things on kameymall.com and they change without notice, so a guide that quotes one is wrong within weeks.
