What KameyMall is
A buying agent, and it is careful to say it is not the seller

What a buying agent does, in one paragraph
You cannot buy directly from most Chinese marketplaces from abroad, because they want a domestic payment method and a domestic address. An agent solves both. You send a link, the agent buys the item to its own warehouse, checks it, holds it while you add more, then ships the lot to you and charges for that separately.
KameyMall's own framing of it, from the help centre, is a middleman rather than a seller: a third-party merchant that gives shoppers outside China a way to buy from major Chinese shopping sites. The buyers instruction page is blunter. Everything in the purchasing module and the product search is a third-party platform item, not a KameyMall item, and the obligations attached to those items, including intellectual property, are not KameyMall's.
That single sentence explains why judgement stays with you at every step this site describes.
The parts that are genuinely the same everywhere
Before anything that sounds like a selling point, the honest starting place is that most agents work identically. Every one of them takes a marketplace link, buys to a warehouse, photographs what arrives, consolidates and quotes international freight afterwards. Payment splits into an item payment and a shipping payment. None of that is a differentiator, and any guide that presents it as one is padding.
KameyMall matches that shape exactly: two payments, warehouse in between, freight calculated at submission.
What is actually specific to KameyMall
Four things we could verify on official pages, and they are the reasons this site is organised the way it is.
It publishes its own limits
The disclaimers page is ten numbered clauses covering sensitive goods, customs, fragile items, deposit orders and two separate clauses on what the inspection cannot reach. Most agents bury this.
The status list is unusually specific
Seventeen named states, including Balance Pending for when the real cost comes in higher, and Expired with its note about ownership.
Manual price refresh
A Get the latest price link on the product page, with an official explanation that Chinese shopping festivals move prices.
A usable size page
The official size guide decodes Chinese tags properly, including the body type letters and the note that shoe sizing does not describe width.
Why KameyMall, and when to use something else
This section exists because a guide that cannot name a case against its own subject is not a guide.
Reasonable fit
- You already have a specific link and just need someone to buy it
- You want the free packaging photos before paying international freight
- You are consolidating several items and will ship within the storage period
- You are comfortable reading a policy page and deciding for yourself
Look elsewhere if
- You need someone to authenticate a branded item, which is explicitly not offered
- You need a device tested rather than looked at, also explicitly not offered
- You want a single all-in price up front, since freight is quoted after storage
- You want English-language option labels guaranteed, which the screenshots and the tutorial disagree about
